Does Peerspace offer insurance?

At this time Peerspace does not directly offer insurance to guests. In order to use Peerspace, all hosts and guests must maintain primary insurance to cover the activities they book. Please note that your policy should include property damage and liability coverage for yourself in the event of damage to the space or an injury.

Peerspace reserves the right to charge guests for damages to space documented by the host and reported to us within 3 days after the conclusion of the event.
