We require hosts to use a friendly profile photo. We have received a lot of feedback from guests who feel more comfortable messaging individuals instead of businesses, and our goal is to continue to build that type of trust in the marketplace, as it leads to more inquiries and bookings. Keep in mind, your photo cannot include your business logo, copyrighted material, or any descriptive information.
To add or change your photo, you can edit your profile.
Click “Select Profile Photo”.
Drag and drop your image OR select the file from your device.
Adjust the photo as you see fit.
Click “Upload”.
We require that hosts use their real first and last name for verification purposes, though only the last initial will be publicly visible on our platform. The host's phone number is also needed, which our team may use for booking-related matters. It will only be shared with guests when they have a confirmed booking.
You can choose to receive text message notifications when guests message and send requests.
If you would like to change the email address on your account, please let us know what your account's current email is and the one you would like it switched to. Only one email address and phone number can be associated per account.
