What are the cancellation policies I can choose for my space?

Peerspace’s mission is to create a delightful experience for both hosts and guests booking for many different activities. We realize that each space is different, so we created four cancellation policies for you to choose from. Every host must select one of the following policies when creating a space on Peerspace:

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 calendar days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 calendar days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 calendar days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 - 7 calendar days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 calendar days before the Event start time are not refundable.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 calendar days before the Event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 - 14 calendar days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 calendar days before the event start time are not refundable.

Please read the policy descriptions carefully and select the one that best fits your space. To reduce guest confusion, your selected policy will be clearly displayed on your listing page and at checkout.

You can update your policy at any time from your Listings tab; however, each booking will be locked into the policy selected at the time of the booking request and confirmation. When a guest cancels, we will automatically process the cancellation, along with any applicable refunds and payouts, and notify you with a summary of the cancellation in your inbox.

As a reminder, all Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
